Achieve Disability Care offers a variety of living arrangements for the participants of our NDIS scheme program. We do understand the unique needs of each disability and our lodging and accommodation services are crafted extensively to suit all of their varying different needs.

Our programs are purely designed taking into account the degree of assistance required. After considering your individual needs we will offer the housing and accommodation support suited for you.

We offer programs like respite care, Individual living options (ILO), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) to our participants. RESPITE

(SHORT/MEDIUM/LONG TERM)

ILO

INDIVIDUALISED LIVING OPTIONS

ILO is a part of NDIS to offer accommodation funding and support to its participants. ILO is a unique and innovative initiative to empower the participants to lead independent lives. The ILO scheme offers tailored assistance in daily living and is perfectly suited for people with a higher level of independence.

ILO is extremely flexible allowing one to customize their own service plan. From helping you choose the perfect residence place to help in making decisions and support with personal care activities like cooking, shopping, etc- ILO is adjusted to suit individual needs within the home.

ILO is much more than that. This comprehensive program offers training to individuals and their support network in achieving well-rounded personalized care. Not letting a disability overpower you- ILO program empowers people in shaping their lifestyle with utmost independence.

SIL

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

SIL is applicable only to individuals who are 18 and above. Through SIL you can avail of medium-level accommodation support to help you live as independently as possible. The idea of SIL is to offer help and supervision in skill building and goal achievement.

People with disability who require assistance for majorly all the time can avail of this paid personal support at home. The accommodation funds for home tasks are classified into personal care, meal prep, and domestic cleaning.

SDA

SUPPORTED DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION

Specialist Disability Accommodation is an NDIS program for accommodation and support of people requiring a high level of support.The housing needs here are modified to suit the participants’ needs and offer maximum comfort. The modification costing includes expenses on assistive technologies, accessibility features, and modifications made to enhance the overall living experience.

The major difference between SIL and SDA lies in the very nature of its offering. SIL offers support at home while SDA provides the housing entirely.
