INDIVIDUALISED LIVING OPTIONS
The ILO, funded through the NDIS, offers participants personalised accommodation support and flexible living options. This forward-thinking program is designed to help individuals live more independently by providing tailored assistance with daily living. It’s especially suited for people who have a higher level of independence and want greater choice and control in how they live.
The freedom to customise your own support plan makes ILO an exceptionally flexible choice. We assist you in choosing the right place to live, making informed decisions, and managing personal care tasks like shopping, cooking, and more. Our team tailors every service to your unique needs at home, ensuring support that truly aligns with your lifestyle and goals.
ILO goes beyond everyday support by providing training for individuals and their networks, helping them deliver truly personalised care. It empowers participants to live independently without letting a disability hold them back. SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING
SIL is designed for individuals aged 18 and above, providing medium-level accommodation support to help participants maintain the highest level of independence. The purpose of SIL is to offer consistent assistance and supervision that develop essential life skills and support personal goal attainment. It also fosters a safe, supportive setting that encourages ongoing progress and strengthens self-confidence.
People with disability who need assistance throughout most of the day can receive this paid personal support within their home. Funding for household tasks is divided into personal care, meal preparation, and domestic cleaning. This support is designed to ensure individuals can manage daily life smoothly while maintaining independence and wellbeing in a familiar environment.

SUPPORTED DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is an NDIS program that provides purpose-built homes and support for participants with high care needs. These homes are thoughtfully designed or adapted to be safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient, with features tailored to each person’s unique requirements. SDA may include assistive technologies, accessibility enhancements, and structural modifications that promote greater safety, independence, and quality of life.
In the modification costing, assistive technologies, accessibility features, and enhancements to the overall living environment are included.
SIL and SDA serve very different purposes. While SIL focuses on providing in-home support, SDA is specifically designed to provide the housing itself.
